I have rosacea, and I have had great results with Azelex (U.S. name.) Its generic name is azelaic acid cream, 20%.
I used to take tetracycline and still take that from time to time if I have a bad eruption of pustules and papules, but this Azelex is great and I don't even put it on every day.
