Has anyone used doxycycline for rosacea? does it work?

I was just diagnosed with rosacea, should I stop using a facial scrubHas anyone used doxycycline for rosacea? does it work?
I was also just diagnosed a few days ago also, they put me on Oracea (a low dose of doxycline) and a cream called Rosac I use both daily, you shouldnt use a scrub on your face anymore, my derm told me to use a gentle cleanser for sensitive skin, also forget about the nice wrinkle creams and stuff too, I bought the nutragena(spelling is not right) one, its really nice. Make sure to moisturize also with a mild light moisturizer the meds will dry out your skin, do both twice daily wash with warm not hot water, because the hot water can start a flare up.
