Don't even. Go to a skin specialist, dermatologist or esthetician who knows what they're doing. You can pretty much get rid of it these days with the amazing products made for it. I'm not sure on that one. It might be better to take the capsules instead that way it goes thru your system. I also have rosacea and I saw a dermatologist, got a topical antibiotic for it. If it wasn't for my insurance it would really be expensive. They can also give you a diet that will help. Here are a few things that can make it worse, cheese, spicy foods, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, spinach, sour cream, and other foods. Stress is a big facter and heat.
