Go to a doctor or dermatologist. THey could give you something for that. YOu could also go to a drug store and look for something that would help get rid of it.I am a 15 year old guy with rosacea what can do too prevent my face from being so red all the time?
there are some truely brilliant products out there!
dermalogica have a great cleanser....(not too drying,) it麓s called anti bac cleanser.
it麓s designed to remove any bacteria which may spread.
if you stay healthy your blood circulation is far better.
whe you麓re un-fit you tend to get redder skin when excercising or hot!....so this will only increase your redness.
you could always wear a subtle tinted moisturiser, as it's softer than a foundation. ask a profesional for advise on how to apply it as you don't want people to realise you're wearing it.
keep eating healthy! - often the factor of healthy skin!
Step one is to see a dermatologist.
go to a store and get some blemish cream first of all! i am a 17 yr old girl and i have rosacea but make up can cover mine lol. but the clean and clear brand blemish cream really helps!!
many people find that slight alterations in diet can have a huge affect, some people reduce dairy intake and other wheat. Keep a diary of what can affect it this may help a medication free way of treating it good luck.
Some skin care companies make face cream that can lessen the reddness, but your best bet would be to go to a dermatologist and have the Doctor prescribe something for you. :)
Have one of your parents take you to the doctor.
I struggled with that for several years, then I went to a new dr and he put me on 100mg doxycycline 2 times a day for 6 months. It never came back.
Good Luck!
they have medicine for this. See a dermatologist I believe the doc can laser some of the blood vessels
Dermatologists now have a prescription available that clears up rosacea fairly quickly.
Vanicream to moisturize. You can get it at ANY drug store it's not real expensive. Its the best stuff out there. And you can use Visine(eyedrops in the red areas. I know it's meant for eyes but it's perfectly safe to use on your face :)
