I used to scrub my face really hard but I don't do it anymore, and especially even if I wash my face with water my cheeks and chin gets red, bumpy and inflamated. I used different face washes and tried to wash with mild soap but didn't help! What should I do???I have a mild rosacea?
If even water makes your face red it's more than mild rosacea. You can take medication for it, Clonidine is one.
