Dose rosacea on the scalp cause baldness or hair loss??

Rosacea on the scalp.. well.. this is rare unless the person has been bald for years and stays under the sun for long time.. usually seen in the nose, cheeks, forehead and chin.. and yea i think if its in the scalp it could cause baldness and hair loss due to inflammation of the hair follicle..
